Q: Does cleaning your carpet make it wear out faster?
A: No, actually dirt acts as an abrasive when trapped in the fibres of your carpet or upholstery and professionally cleaning it will reduce wear.
Q: What sort of equipment do you use and do I need to provide water access?
A: We use a very powerful truckmount system which includes both a 250L freshwater tank for cleaning and a recovery tank which allows use to take the water with us to guarantee safe disposal. We are a mobile cleaning monster machine!
Q: Should I have carpet protector applied after cleaning?
A: Yes, your carpets do originally come with a protector applied which is good for 2-3 years depending on how heavy the usage is. It is recommended to apply carpet protector in order to restore the original stain resistance.
